Waited for like, 6 minutes for the barista Jaxson to even just like, greet me, or acknowledge my existence…he didn’t even look at me while he took a million years to make some girls TWO DRINKS. As a former Starbucks employee I’m dumbfounded at the lack of customer service and speed this guy has. Shonda or the girl with the tattoo heart on her face needs to go back and learn some customer service. Giving me attitude and making me feel I was disrupting her and her co-worker’s conversation. Giving me attitude for not saying my drink was a “latte” and giving me attitude saying, “would you listen to what I’m telling you.” Like girl go work at Amazon or something with that crap. The morning girls are way better and helpful!
