This review is purely for the pick up service. It's vastly superior to every other pick up service that I have experienced. The pick up service at Smith's differs from other chains because they do it in house. That means that the person picking out your veggies is an actual grocery employee. I can tell you that when I order with instacart, pick up or delivery, that frequently you get weird substitutions or they tell you that a store is out of something when you know that there's no way that they're out, or even sometimes they pick the worst example of the vegetable because they're not knowledgeable with produce. This kind of stuff never happens when I do Smith's pick up. It's almost like they read my mind! The quality of the produce and substitutions is always impeccable. Even my eggs are always intact! My only complaint is that I wish there was an option to choose no bags. My house is starting to over flow with bags. I frequently bring my own bags so I could easily use my own. Sometimes if there's not a lot of stuff, I will move the items from their bags into mine but it would be nice to have something more formal when checking out on the website.I also feel like shopping online and using the digital coupons saves me not only time but a lot of money. I'm able to quickly compare prices and do the math to figure out what's the best value. At the store, sometimes I'm in a rush to get out the door and I don't sit there and take my time to calculate the best option. The pick up option is another way that I save money because it prevents me from impulsively eating out. If you spend at least $35, pick up is free and it's almost as convenient as delivery. Everytime you cook a meal at home, even if it's a convenience frozen meal, you are saving money not eating out. I'd rather save my eating out experiences for more upscale experiences than end up eating out every other day out of pure convenience, just saying. Definitely take advantage of using their loyalty account and digital coupons. You can rack up savings ahead of time and not fuss with paper coupons. Also, you can rack up fuel points for free, no expensive membership fee required. It's all free! When you shop regularly, it's very easy to rack up enough fuel points to get $1 off per gallon every time you fuel up, and who couldn't benefit from that?

I was at front of the line for about 30 minutes. Person took ver long time and in the end gave me the wrong thing. Im now late to class and got given something that I literally can’t eat.

It's really sad and pathetic that since my pro active in dealing with smiths managers that I'm cold shouldered by said managers and someone actually leaving a comment in reference to "my miserable" life by a bully. I will not be intimidated for speaking up against the wrongs of others

Just about every time I get my eggs at least one egg is broken this time had over 12 eggs that where broken My friend told me smith's is going a new direction now I no what he was talking about

Convenience store.Good selectionBut the store is dirty. One place is the lunch meat section .wow bologna rack full of chunks. Ect.Pretty much all around dirty.Staff can be friendly. Or stand in your way. Some times they can make you feel like damn I got to ring your groceries up and bag them. I deal with low staff countiually.Quit airing your bullshit in front of us. We don't care to hear it.Treat us right even when we ain't white.One of your little witches works the self check-out area. I'll be damn if everyone who walks past her ,she walks right in your way. I thought it was me. So I watch. It's anybody. There is 1 checker you should promote. And Lupe the bagger. Super nice.

I'm obsessed with their app and rewards! I've been doing online pickup and it's been so handy! The employees are polite and helpful. I've also gone into the store and they have a Starbucks inside overall, clean, organized and great service. Already planning for another smiths trip tomorrow. Helpful tip: Download the app, it has a lot of great coupons and if you open a smiths account you'll accumulate fuel pts!
