“I love panda and go all the time! This was my first time coming to this panda though. I got my food and was sadly very disappointed with the quality of my honey sesame chicken. It was over cooked and had zero sauce. I debated back and forth, but then finally decided to go show it to them and the worker was so sweet and so quick to get me a new serving of honey sesame! I was super impressed and was very grateful.“
“If you miss China food, and what you can expect from the type of food from Denmark but then Pandas Express is a really good place to get its food from, it is in my view the same quality or better but it is not something completely wild, but if the miss comes to China buffet yes then it is good and cheap, :)“
“Overall, a fantastic place to eat lunch or dinner at the University. Panda Express has always been my favorite fast food restaurant in terms of bang for your buck, and they certainly don't disappoint here
Vegetarian options: There are no main vegetarian options unfortunately.
Parking: It's inside the Union, I'm not entirely sure if there is accessible parking given that I walked to it.“
“Shocked to see 2 stars or this place. 12/14 @ 130 pm. Food was very fresh, vegetables very crispy, shift manager actually spoke to her employees and said thank you, without yelling!
Panda, take this SLC crew to teach the staff at Santa Rita Road in Pleasanton, CA on food preparation and customer service!“
“I walked in expecting orange chicken. I walked out questioning whether I had accidentally stumbled into a five-star hospitality training video.
Let me explain. Diego, who I later learned was only visiting for the day to help cover the shift, ran that line like he had been managing this exact location for a decade. He greeted every single person like they were a regular he'd known for years, kept the line moving without ever making anyone feel rushed, and somehow remembered I asked about the teriyaki chicken before I even got to the register. If Panda Express has a corporate trophy for customer experience, send it to this man immediately. Whatever store he came from is lucky to have him, and honestly, this location should fight to keep him.
Then there's Domina. I found out she was a recent hire and I genuinely did not believe it. She was so sweet and attentive that I assumed she was the longtime face of the store. She checked in to make sure everything was right with my order, smiled like she actually meant it, and made the whole visit feel personal instead of transactional. New hires like that don't come around often.
And the food? The orange chicken was fresh, the portions were generous, and everything tasted like it came off the wok minutes before. But honestly, the food was only half the story. The customer relations from these two turned a quick dinner stop into the best fast food experience I've had in years.
Diego and Domina, if you ever read this: thank you. You two are the reason I'll be back!“
