“They were really good with their service. Very helpful, especially with the app. And show me how to use it proreally. The manager was spectacular, he knew exactly what to do and just personally took care of my questions and help me with my order. This place is really a nice place to go.“
“I dig this place but I have two complaints. One, I will often try to beat the lunch rush and get there soon after opening. When I show up around 10:45-11 rarely do they have many dishes prepared. And two, the employees have been quite rude. They’re not very friendly and possibly stand-offish. Some are kind but the overall impression is negative. For context I’ve been to this location roughly 15 times in the past year.“
“I came to this Panda for dinner tonight.I was helped by a highly professional and intelligent young man named Nate. I am very impressed by his people skills, his dedication to providing a very high level of service and high quality fresh product for the customer is unmatched by anybody I’ve encountered at any of the restaurant’s within a 2 miles radius of this Panda ExpressI ordered a Plate w/Chow Mein, Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. He very kindly informed me that there would be a 6 minute wait for fresh Kung Pao, and asked if I minded waiting for fresh Kung Pao Chicken, I replied yes that’s not a problem at all. He rang me up and I paid then sat down to wait.I had been waiting for maybe 45 seconds when Nate brings a medium drink cup, lid and straw out to me and said here you go man, it’s on the house, sorry you have to wait, I know it’s really annoying having to wait.I said thank you, you didn’t have to do that but thank you.I only waited for 4 minutes, my food was incredibly fresh and so delicious and my whole mood was improved.“
