“I went and got food this morning. I will have to say the lady serving me is one of the nicest ladies I have seen at a food place in a long time. You could definitely tell. She enjoys her job and it rubs off on others. I wish I would’ve got her name, but she was great. Panda express is very lucky to have her“
“I arrived at the drive through to order around 8:13, my order was placed my 8:17 and was handed my food at about 8:22. They were some what busy, some food had a wait so I opted for food that was already ready. I did the family meal with half chow main half white rice entrees: teriyaki chicken, black pepper chicken, and broccoli and beef. I got home like 4 or 5 minutes later and starter serving my kids. They only want white rice and teriyaki chicken. When I realize I was given orange chicken instead. I was like damn I can't really go back and my kids will maybe like the beef from the broccoli and beef. However I'm still gonna call just so they are aware. I called at 838 and Whoever I spoke to was so very sweet. I didn't get her name. I said oh this happened and I know yall are busy and I can't really go back, I just wanted to give u a heads up. She was quick to say OK, but give me your info so we can make it up to you, I repeated I don't have time to go back. She said it's OK come back another time. Very sweet, apologetic and wanting to make it right even if it wasn't right now. I'm not one to get truly angry. I'm human mistakes happen. I was pleased with her response even if I wasn't calling for a replacement or anything. So thank you to who ever I spoke to!!!!!!!“
“The food was absolutely delicious today. The food was hot and very fresh. The young lady at the window asked if I wanted some extra sauces which enhanced our meal. They give you such a large quantity of food that my husband and I have been ordering one meal and sharing. Kudos!😋“
