“Quick shout out to Vernon who prepared my sandwich. This was probably the best customer service encounter I’ve had at a Subway. Vernon was very personable, warm, and helpful. Although my stay was short, he took good care of me and wanted to make sure it got back to him!“

“I like this location since it's conveniently located next to campus and offers reasonably priced food. I feel like campus is a food desert unless you want to pay inflated prices. So Subway being a block off campus is a nice alternative.

However, mobile orders are so inconsistent. I usually want the same thing every time, and have it saved, so I figured it would be easier for both the employees and me. Today, everything was right, except for having unwanted lettuce. However, to the worker's credit, it seemed like her co-workers abandoned her, and she was running everything alone. Back in 2024, I ordered and then stopped after a while because one day they gave me a tuna sub instead of a turkey sub, which I had to throw away. It also smelled bad once I opened it, almost like putting canned cat food on bread. Then, even with the Turkey subs, when I pay for the extra Turkey, I don't even notice getting anything more than with the regular option. Then, if you want extra mayo, sometimes barely any at all, less than what you'd even expect for the regular option.

A girl who worked there always got my order perfect, but I think she started working somewhere better. Another thing I've noticed over the years is that employees don't seem to stick around. During the few years of ordering, it sometimes seemed like you'd get new faces every week. From now on, it may be better to order in person, as we did in the past before the advent of phones, and then scan the QR code to redeem rewards.“

“I work nearby so I've come by very often in the past year. The food is good but the place gets 5 stars for the stellar costumer service I receive from the amazing ladies that work here. Every visit without failure I'm greeted kindly, spoken to with patience, and when it's busy, I've seen them work extremely efficiently and fast. Just wow. 10/10“

“If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. It’s over 100 degrees today. I nicest lady made my sandwich, but instead of just piling everything on, she made it intention and love. A big giveaway was her attention to make sure I also got some water with my order on account of the heat outside. She is a testament to humanity! If the owner reads this, give that lady a raise!“

At the end of a long 10 hour shift, they still gave incredible customer service, held conversation and were very kind, and had the best sandwich making I've seen from dozens of subways. “There was only one young man working. He was pleasant, friendly and polite despite the fact was the only person there and working. He took his time to make every sandwich as asked. He did not rush or lose his cool while he was very busy. I believe he said he had only been there 3 weeks. He was a gem of a worker for this day.“

“We came in on a Saturday afternoon after a football game. Brandon took great care of my family. We had a difficult customized order and he was very patient and accommodating. “I’m gonna be honest and tell you that I was going to go to Jimmy John’s because they’re typically faster but there wasn’t one close by so I came to this subway and holy cow, these guys are hustlers. I ordered 10 sandwiches and a salad and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. And they’re super friendly very professional highly recommend them, I am truly just so impressed with the crew here. “I have started GPL –1 shots for weight loss so I have been eating Subway for three or four nights a week in the middle of the night every time I go there is only one girl working, which is kind of dangerous in this area she is the best I have a sandwich made by one employee was terrible and I was so upset, but the girl Yasmin makes it perfect. She puts the right stuff on it and cuts it in 4 pieces for me. I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly, but she said it’s like Jasmine but with a Y she’s a young Hispanic girl and I went in there today Sunday on the second at 4:06 AM. She needs to be recognized for her professionalism for cleanliness and be a very, very nice to everyone.“

“Robert and Sophia are absolutely amazing people. The sandwiches they make for me was superb. I had a turkey sandwich a few times and it’s just amazing. Sophia is on point and is very helpful. Robert has mad me sandwiches also and does a fantastic job. I’m so glad they are 24 hours before Covid they closed at midnight or earlier it was a bummer it’s kind of nice when u can be open for customers so that they can get late night meals. So convenient that I will be coming here for years to come I won’t go to the one in my location they close way to early. This one is super chill nice and very friendly. Thank u for making this a pleasant experience. Much thanks they deserve some raises for sure keep that in mind also Jesus is super nice and very friendly always on point with making my sandwiches he does very well he deserves a raise also I would like to mention Christy she is absolutely amazing speaks very good Spanish I try and speak to her because she speaks very little so I try and translate or speak the language she speaks she does phenomenal and i love coming here she deserves a raise also so grateful for this subway for how hard they work they do a great job thank u again for everything god bless“
