“I give them a 2 on food. The boss is more like a subcontractor, this is not the mother of all meatball subs. That phrase right there and the picture displayed makes you think that the meatballs are over flowing from the sandwich. This is a misrepresentation of the item, basically a bait and switch. I got the BOSS and bit into the sandwich, it only had 5 meatballs in it. Thank you for a basic meatball sandwich.“

“I had stopped going to Subway a long time ago. But I went back to this location a couple weeks ago and was extremely surprised. The quality has taken a giant leap forward. Really! It was so good, I have been back a few more times. The prices are higher. But the sandwiches are really tasty.There is a lady named Gabby. Each time she is on deck, this place runs really smooth. They should give her a raise and get some more people. This place could double the business as they get past the old reputation.“

“Very plain and old design, location really needs a remodel, it is also hard to find and for any future people needing to find this location, it is inside st marks hospital and you enter from the south side of the hospital about midway down at the main entrance(not ER entrance). They were out of most items and only one bread type… however the gentleman working was great and gave us a couple laughs. Food we got was good however cucumber tasted a bit off, still wouldn’t say avoid this location however be careful going to this location.“
“I just barely gave a mostly negative review to this Subway due to my most recent online order experience with them. They also deserve a positive review for a past experience Ive had with them that they deserve credit for. A month ago I made an online order for a sub and when I went to drive and pick it up, my cars ignition died and I wasnt able to pick up my order. For the next 3 days the staff worked with me constantly to assure that I would recieve my order and I was able to pick it up that following Sunday morning. So I just wanted to give a positive experience review for them as well. Ao again thank you Subway staff for the service you do provide to normal joes like me.“
“The sandwich is fine. Tastes like any other subway sandwich. Ya know that the smell of the restaurant and the bread smells the same? Regardless of the location you walk into anywhere? That’s what my subway cookie tasted like: like the restaurant. I seriously thought I was biting into the actual restaurant building. Or one of their loaves of bread. The cookie tastes 0% like a cookie and 25% like their bread and 75% like the bricks and flooring and counter space that makes up the restaurant. If I was blindfolded and you gave me a subway cookie, I would have no idea what I was eating. Yes, they have chocolate chips but my taste buds couldn’t identify them at all. Stick to sandwiches! Don’t pretend you sell chocolate chip cookies! They taste more like yoga mats in the shape of a cookie.“

“I come very often to dinner and for the first time I felt very happy. Yesterday I went to dinner at night with my girlfriend and the young man was very nice and very clean, he was working alone and it is nice to see that there are good workers that we do not hesitate to let him tip, the sandwich was delicious and fresh and a good experience in the store. The young man always showed interest and explained everything we asked him. Only final comment, I worked at Subway for 5 years and it is very complicated to work at night for one person, my girlfriend and I were surprised to see a super clean bar, I will definitely return and I hope to meet this young man“
“Busy convention but had extra people on to handle them. The line was long and took 20 minutes to get to the front but there things picked up. Prompt attentive and quick. Processed my order and I was able to sit down. Lots of open seating available even when busy. I had the 12” long meatball sub. With Diet Coke and two chocolate chip cookies. Some things are worth the wait. Parking was free if less than two hours just be careful you mark where your car is parked there are three blocks of underground parking tied together. It’s easy to get disoriented underground. Take a pic you where you get on the escalator or elevator it will help when you come back down.The restrooms were really nice and clean.“
