“It's subway the food is okay, but the girls that work here are amazing!!! We work across the street and there not many food options but these girl know what we want as soon as we walk in and the already know th wrap are sandwiches half's separate. They are always super fast and friendly! Definitely one of my favorite subways locations as far freshness too! Hardly any old veggies ever!“
“As someone who's worked at subway for years before, Alejandro is an incredible sandwich maker. I hope a manager sees this, as this person deserves immense praise. At the end of a long 10 hour shift, they still gave incredible customer service, held conversation and were very kind, and had the best sandwich making I've seen from dozens of subways. I will be returning because of this incredible person.“
“I work nearby so I've come by very often in the past year. The food is good but the place gets 5 stars for the stellar costumer service I receive from the amazing ladies that work here. Every visit without failure I'm greeted kindly, spoken to with patience, and when it's busy, I've seen them work extremely efficiently and fast. Just wow. 10/10“
“I just barely gave a mostly negative review to this Subway due to my most recent online order experience with them. They also deserve a positive review for a past experience Ive had with them that they deserve credit for. A month ago I made an online order for a sub and when I went to drive and pick it up, my cars ignition died and I wasnt able to pick up my order. For the next 3 days the staff worked with me constantly to assure that I would recieve my order and I was able to pick it up that following Sunday morning. So I just wanted to give a positive experience review for them as well. Ao again thank you Subway staff for the service you do provide to normal joes like me.“

“There was only one young man working. He was pleasant, friendly and polite despite the fact was the only person there and working. He took his time to make every sandwich as asked. He did not rush or lose his cool while he was very busy. I believe he said he had only been there 3 weeks. He was a gem of a worker for this day.“
“I like this location since it's conveniently located next to campus and offers reasonably priced food. I feel like campus is a food desert unless you want to pay inflated prices. So Subway being a block off campus is a nice alternative.
However, mobile orders are so inconsistent. I usually want the same thing every time, and have it saved, so I figured it would be easier for both the employees and me. Today, everything was right, except for having unwanted lettuce. However, to the worker's credit, it seemed like her co-workers abandoned her, and she was running everything alone. Back in 2024, I ordered and then stopped after a while because one day they gave me a tuna sub instead of a turkey sub, which I had to throw away. It also smelled bad once I opened it, almost like putting canned cat food on bread. Then, even with the Turkey subs, when I pay for the extra Turkey, I don't even notice getting anything more than with the regular option. Then, if you want extra mayo, sometimes barely any at all, less than what you'd even expect for the regular option.
A girl who worked there always got my order perfect, but I think she started working somewhere better. Another thing I've noticed over the years is that employees don't seem to stick around. During the few years of ordering, it sometimes seemed like you'd get new faces every week. From now on, it may be better to order in person, as we did in the past before the advent of phones, and then scan the QR code to redeem rewards.“
“This Subway has good, fresh ingredients! The food from here never disappoints me. It’s my go to Subway location, just for that reason!
The employees here are nice and work effectively and efficiently! They always make my sandwiches exactly how i like them, and I’m kinda picky.
This store has a very fresh and clean environment! It’s also in a slightly hidden location inside of this plaza, so it’s never packed!“
“Great option in the food court. Tucked away around the corner from the doors by a play area for kids.
Server was quick, considerate, competent, and able to handle multiple people well.
Food was great. Ordered the footlong double meatball. Never disappoints. 😃“
“Today I had the best experience at Subway. There was a Hispanic young man working there, and he was so kind to me and my wife. He made our sandwiches very quickly, and the best part was that they tasted great. I will definitely come back.

He singlehandedly restored my faith in customer service by being king, friendly, efficient, all while he was the only one there during a busy lunch rush. “This is the second time I've been to this subway. It was nice and quiet because it was memorial day. Everything was spotless. The worker their helped me immediately and it was quick. All the ingredients were fresh and I had a great sandwich while looking over state Street. Which reminds me that I love this location.
Vegetarian options: It's subway so the veggie delight is a great deal for vegetarians and of course you can pick your own.“
“I’m gonna be honest and tell you that I was going to go to Jimmy John’s because they’re typically faster but there wasn’t one close by so I came to this subway and holy cow, these guys are hustlers. I ordered 10 sandwiches and a salad and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. And they’re super friendly very professional highly recommend them, I am truly just so impressed with the crew here. Huge shout out to them!“
“Robert and Sophia are absolutely amazing people. The sandwiches they make for me was superb. I had a turkey sandwich a few times and it’s just amazing. Sophia is on point and is very helpful. Robert has mad me sandwiches also and does a fantastic job. I’m so glad they are 24 hours before Covid they closed at midnight or earlier it was a bummer it’s kind of nice when u can be open for customers so that they can get late night meals. So convenient that I will be coming here for years to come I won’t go to the one in my location they close way to early. This one is super chill nice and very friendly. Thank u for making this a pleasant experience. Much thanks they deserve some raises for sure keep that in mind also Jesus is super nice and very friendly always on point with making my sandwiches he does very well he deserves a raise also I would like to mention Christy she is absolutely amazing speaks very good Spanish I try and speak to her because she speaks very little so I try and translate or speak the language she speaks she does phenomenal and i love coming here she deserves a raise also so grateful for this subway for how hard they work they do a great job thank u again for everything god bless“
