“I ordered here often, once every week or two. I had recently ordered 2 footlongs and when I picked them up and got home, I was missing half the ingredients I ordered. This location is always accurate and timely, so I was surprised and disappointed. But- afterwards I reached out and spoke with Veronica, the manager, who I hadn't met yet before. Very quickly, she took care of making it right and I really really appreciated her and her desires to see happy customers, even though she never made the initial mistake.
I try to be understanding when a mistake is made, but when a manager of company goes out of their way to make it right... that earns lifelong loyalty. I plan to keep bringing my business here where Veronica does such a great job making me feel valued and treated fairly. I will probably start coming twice as often, and that is solely thanks to Veronica!“
