The staff were so friendly, patient and engaging with the folks I support. It is truly amazing to find good customer service but to find amazing customer service that treats those who are disenfranchised, underserved and misunderstood so well is a beckon of light in this crazy world we live in. “We went into the Saratoga springs location and saw the magnificent looking cinnamon rolls. Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. We took 10 huge cinnamon rolls home and the family indulged in the best rolls ever! Thanks Carl!“

If the price increase went to employee wages I'd be more comfortable with it but raising the prices and assigning fair wages to the customer is a cash grab move from the corporate\\private owner's armchair.“
