“Food was great. The service could have been better. Felt like the employees were on autopilot and didn’t listened really well. Not a lot of places to sit. The door kept flying open and did not stay shut (and it was cold) with people constantly going in and out. Atmosphere could be improved.“

“The food is what you expect from Subway, good but not excellent. But where this particular Subway stood out was the service. The woman working behind the counter had three sandwiches she was making for a door dash order, but she asked me how many sandwiches I was ordering, I said 2, and she said she could let me jump ahead and made my sandwiches quickly and exactly what I wanted. Excellent service, definitely recommend going to this Subway“

“Stopped by Firehouse Subs and decided to try their French Dip. Let me tell you, this isn’t just a sandwich; it’s a masterpiece. The roast beef was tender, the cheese perfectly melted, and the au jus was rich and flavorful—easily the best French Dip I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with savory goodness, and I found myself wishing it would never end. If you’re craving something hearty, comforting, and downright delicious, don’t sleep on this one. Firehouse Subs, you’ve set the bar high with this one. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!“

“Christian, Manager is a very unique person. He is excellent with us the customer, great customer service, and a top notch manager. The way he manages employees just observing is great! We enjoy seeing him. Please share this with him. He is very valuable and has great management skills. 110% he gives to the customer.
April 14 Visit
Today frequented and our visit was outstanding. Christian is an amazing manager, the store was immaculate. He always greets you with a smile! His staff is a perfect reflection of his managerial skills. Kudos to Christian!
