Ordered a smoothie and two tarts to go. It took over 30 minutes to get my order. It wasn't even that busy, and the tarts were literally in the display case in front of me. They did give me an extra tart for my trouble, but that was a pitiful consolation for my experience. Based on this experience and the prices I paid, I'm not coming back.
Ordered a gift basket. Did not get that. Just items ordered in a Kneaders sack. Tried to ask about it at the window but it was such chaos and so noisy the girl and I could not hear each other. I finally took the sack and went home and did my own gift bag. They still charged me for the gift bag. It put me off kneaders.

Kneaders is amazing. The rosemary focaccia is incredible. The service tonight was abysmal. A small salad took 15 mins… I was one of 2 in person customers. I get today probably isn’t super busy but two staff seems a bit light.
