Great food, friendly atmosphere
perfect to hav a hungry bear meal. 🐻
Hands down some of the rudest and most irresponsible service I’ve ever received. Work is not a place to have social hour in the back of the restaurant while your customers are hungry waiting in the seats.
There was a younger waitress that blatantly ignored me and my family after telling us that she would be back. To make matters worse, she was talking to the manager who knew there were customers waiting and were laughing about “Why are we like this.” I would’ve...read full review

The staff is super friendly and works as a team, making the experience fantastic. The West Valley location is on an upswing with its quality and quantity of food. Very clean and not too busy during early dinners or midday visits. Some visits may still be disappointing, with slow service or inconsistent food quality, such as tough tri steak French dip and dried-out Mac & Cheese, but overall, it’s a complete 5-star diner.
