Black Bear Diner West Valley offers a casual, down-home atmosphere and great service most of the time. The food is amazing, with big portions that give you your money's worth. Popular items like blackberry stuffed French toast, chicken-fried steak, and biscuits and gravy are served alongside tasty options like the turkey avocado club. The staff is super friendly and works as a team, making the experience fantastic. The West Valley location is on an upswing with its quality and quantity of food. Very clean and not too busy during early dinners or midday visits. Some visits may still be disappointing, with slow service or inconsistent food quality, such as tough tri steak French dip and dried-out Mac & Cheese, but overall, it’s a complete 5-star diner.
