“Did an online order today 3/30/26 and the bread was wrong as well as the chips. So I came back in and thankfully Johnathan (if thats his name) was so so nice to me and offered to make me a new one. Obviously the sandwiches are killer, and the staff, no matter who is on shift when I go in, always has a positive attitude and a smile. “I’m a regular here now, and if you get the chance to try it, you’ll see why. Staff is always super welcoming and friendly, prices are fair, and the food is always great. “We went into the Saratoga springs location and saw the magnificent looking cinnamon rolls. Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. We took 10 huge cinnamon rolls home and the family indulged in the best rolls ever! Thanks Carl!“
