I absolutely loved uncle hot pot, The waitress was so nice. She went out of her way to explain everything to us. If you had a question she was there to answer it and all around the atmosphere in the place was so “Mom and pop” I felt right at home. It is a great spot in Salt Lake City and has a lot of culture that I love to experience. At $30 a person, I just don’t think it’s worth it. The service was great and broths were okay.
Absolutely one of the best hot pots I've ever had! The staff is super nice. All the food is fresh and delicious. Plan on driving all the way up to salt lake just for this for the foreseeable future!

Uncle Hot Pot is a favorite hot pot place in Salt Lake, offering an all-you-can-eat buffet. The atmosphere is cute and fun, and the restaurant is clean. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, charismatic, enthusiastic, and beyond kind. The food is always so amazing and fresh, with some of the best ever had. There is a lot of variety for hotpot ingredients that are self-service, including seafood, noodles, veggies, drinks, and sauces. The sauce bar is fantastic, with an abundance of fresh meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and desserts. Most non-seafood meats and appetizers are ordered through the server and come out fast. The broths are delicious, and the service is good, with no long wait times. The host is very kind. Highly recommended for a 10/10 experience.
