Came in around 230 after the lunch rush. A lot of items were low or out. there were only a few other people in the restaurant at that time. i understand why they weren't in a hurry to put fresh food out as it would probably sit there until dinner. Otherwise the service was fantastic and the food for what was remaining was good.This is a little further away from the area I was staying but I would recommend it if you are in that part of town.

This place is amazing. There are so many options to choose from and the service was great. Very helpful and attentive. Best hot pot I’ve tried so far.Dietary restrictions: I was able to find a lot of options for gluten free. I have a gluten allergy and this place provided what I needed and wanted.

Very disappointed. Came in for King Crab legs thinking of thick meaty legs. (all you can eat $54). It was more like store bought picked over legs. cooked in a tasteless broth. I asked for butter and they didn't have any! What is king crab legs witlout garlic butter? Shocked, surprised and dismayed at this place. Hardly ate anything because the legs were soo skinny with no meat inside. Will not come back, live only 3 blocks away.

Uncle Hot Pot was an amazing experience! We are from out of town, and I have been to other places before and Uncle Hot Pot was far above my expectations. The food was delicious and for the amount of seafood you get it is unbelievable. Win (our server) was literally the best. My fiancée had never been to a hot pot restaurant before and she was incredibly helpful in helping us order and give us recommendations. She made two sauces for us as well that was beyond delicious. Definitely the whole atmosphere was a blast! When we are back come back to SLC I would love other people to experience it!

We tried this restaurant for the first time and were very impressed. The food was excellent and the service was great.I do have an important piece of feedback for the management though: they use a chemical cleaner, which I think is Fabuloso or something that smells similar, that smelled so strongly it interfered with the odor and taste of our food. They were cleaning a table next to us and I think they were spraying this strong cleaner because suddenly halfway through our meal that's all I could smell, and it made the taste and smell with the boiling broth suddenly very unpleasant.I strongly urge the management to switch to another cleaning chemical without the added fragrance, something more common in food service that will not ruin the meal of nearby diners.

Very small selection of meats. All were frozen. Small selection of vegetables. Large seafood selection. Servers were not very attentive. All drinks are cans or bottled water. Broths were okay, not much flavor. Not a large selection of appetizers. A bit expensive for the selection. Dinning room was clean. Probably would choose a different Hot Pot place in the future.

I haven't had hotpot in a good minute. Wanted to warmup from the cold and snow.I got the hot broth extra spicy, and the pork bone broth. The food was very good and the staff was super friendly.
