Better than other locations I have been to in the area. The service was exceptional as well. Tasha was very kind and inviting. She made sure that I had all the items to my order. “We stopped by the KFC/Taco Bell on Sunday night (the 21st around 8:30), and Will was working the drive-through again. Every single time he’s there, he gives the best customer service. He’s fast, friendly, and always has a smile with a little joke that makes the experience so much better.

I work in customer service myself, and I’d love to have someone like him on my team. He absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion! He’d be the perfect person to train others. Employees like Will are rare, and this location is lucky to have him.“

“Had to get me some yummy KFC. I stopped in; normally I just hit the drive-through, but I'd been in my work van all week. So I went into the lobby, which was kinda busy. I'm getting a little impatient, thinking, okay, I'm just gonna go elsewhere. Then I got a very nice young lady who asked me how I'm doing. I was about to be annoyed and say something about the wait time before I could say a word; I had this sense of peace come over me. Destinee was the employee who approached me. With her smile and simple kindness, she just made my day. I got my food - yummy! As I was leaving after eating my lunch, Destinee sent me off with again a simple farewell, smile, and kindness. I wish I'd had more time to chat. As I was eating, I had noticed she was helping others the same way. You guys are lucky to have someone like that working for you; she was genuine. You know, it seems like the simple hello and smile have left our day-to-day. I had a few stops before the end of the day and gave a quick howdy and a smile at my bank and next couple of interactions. Thank you, Destinee, for the reminder on how to keep it simple.“

The stuff was friendly asking me for sauces and the Manager was very friendly when she took my order you can tell she cares about providing a good service experience.
