The managers are efficient and friendly, and the employees move quickly and regulate stress quite well under pressure, assuring quick service with kindness.
I ordered take out. My order was suppose to be ready at 12pm and it was not ready until 12:16pm. I also ordered a soda and there carbonation was out so I said I would take a lemonade that was out as well it tasted like just water. I then went to eat my food and it was so cold! Not impressed with the service.
The workers are super quick and kind, however they tend to forget sauces especially for the biscuits which makes the whoe meal feel super dry and harder to eat.

KFC is a restaurant that offers delicious food and friendly service. The staff, including Casm, are known for their attentiveness and positive attitudes. The team is doing amazing and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. The food tasted good and the Captain Crunch shake was the best ever. Overall, KFC strives to provide a positive dining experience for its customers in Sugartown.
