As usual, The Capital Grille was excellent. Gabi provided excellent service, the food was perfect, and we left completely happy and satisfied. Every member of the staff is friendly and welcoming. CG is awesome and very consistent. Top performing teams should be modeled after this one.

Always excellent food, beverages and terrific service. I love the fact that Capital Grille are an LLP where the managers are vested partners. You just know going in that the food will be wonderful. Tonight's treat was requesting their AHI tuna steak a very specific way. And kudos to the team for conveying that to the kitchen, for that beautiful piece of fish prepared exactly as I wanted it. Our out of town guest have filet and they was delighted with every aspect! Thanks William and Daniel and your staff for a lovely evening.
Delicious! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious!! The beet salad and crab appetizer will not disappoint. I was very pleased that they had a gluten free menu upon request. On our list of favorites for sure!

Outstanding service and excellent food. High recommend if you are looking for a place to celebrate a special event. They took great care of my son who was celebrating his 17 birthday. Our waiter and the other staff was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious and every one of us got something different and loved it all. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to people.

I planned this dinner expecting a wonderful experience. The staff seemed disheveled and our server was pushy. I ordered a stake medium and it came back burnt and crispy. I didn't make a big deal about it but it wasn't worth the money I just spent. I think they could do better! I would rather cook a steak at home next time than get some burnt leather they reccomend. You can get a better steak at Texas road house no joking!

We went for a birthday dinner right after a matinee performance at the Eccles. Outstanding food and service but be prepared to pay for it appropriately. Excellent wine selection. Filet prepared to perfection. Seared scallop appetizer special that day was to die for. The servers and waiter were right on top of things-never had to ask. Highly recommended for a special occasion.
