The food is always good and fresh! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals- when I got to the window I realized that I left my purse at home. I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!
Your sweet pork portions are terrible. This is not a remark about your employees. They measured my sweet pork portion on a scale, and it was abysmal. Even though I asked for extra. I’ve been going to Costa Vida for years, and I am extremely disappointed in this change.
