The food is always good and fresh! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals- when I got to the window I realized that I left my purse at home. I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!
Your sweet pork portions are terrible. This is not a remark about your employees. They measured my sweet pork portion on a scale, and it was abysmal. Even though I asked for extra. I’ve been going to Costa Vida for years, and I am extremely disappointed in this change.
I ordered Costa Vida catering for our family reunion with 100 people. I was so impressed with the entire team. Everything from ordering the food, and the way they checked up on things, to the guys who delivered our food and set things up… it was great! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and we will totally use them again. Andrew and team went above and beyond. Thank you!

Based on the reviews, Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill offers a very clean establishment with great vibes and decor. The service is consistently described as 10/10, quick, and friendly, with specific workers like Oscar, Jacob, Tyler, and Holden Salvador providing amazing customer service that can brighten a bad day. The food is great and reasonably priced, even with extra meat. The Sweet pork is a winner, and the Baja bowl always tastes great. However, the tortilla soup was not a favorite, tasting more like a canned soup.
