“Loved the salsa, and fish tacos.My friend had the Menudo and the Carne asado plate. The Menudo had a rich flavor and was loaded with meat. The Carne Asada plate was exceptional.Plenty of food, had lunch from left overs the next day.Will be back!

“Me and my coworkers got food from here today. It was horrible! The chili verde had 2 pieces of meat in it that was like jerky. To top it off it had a hair in it. Pretty much my whole meal got dumped in the garbage. None of my coworkers enjoyed their food either. Don't waste your money.“

They messed up my online order and I didn’t notice until I got all the way home. Went back to the store ANGRY. I wasn’t pleasant. The kid mopping the floor dropped what he was doing and came to the counter. Made everything right. I think he’s way too young for management but he’s made for it. He deserves a promotion. I’m happy with Taco Time again.“

“Not going to lie, my first trip had dry chicken. My third trip, they forgot my salsa and guacamole. But I keep going back because the food is soo good! This trip, my family and I got the 8 piece mixed with macaroni, mashed potatoes and beans. All the food was HOT! All the food was FRESH! Juicy chicken, sweet and savory mashed potatoes and gravy, perfectly seasoned beans. The macaroni wasn't mushy and overcooked like some of the other "chicken" guys; It was fresh and cheesy. Overall the establishment gets 5 Stars. Any negative experience would have been human error and not the fault of the company. We are all human and make mistakes so all is forgiven because yall be Makin some delicious food!“

“Thank you guys !! I can always count on you guys for my big orders for our meetings!! They came in at 4am on a Tuesday when they open till 6am!! To make my first order of 50 breakfast burritos I had 3 big orders and they had them ready at the time I said I would come pick them up that’s what I call great customer service!! “It's a 0 and then a 5++. I placed my order on door dash, RIGHT after i hit to place the order I called and asked of they would please put the guacamole from both salads on the side. The person I spoke to put me on hold came back and said that the salads had already been made. I said I JUST sent the oder in through doordash how? She said that they were just really fast. I said um okay and hung up. I thought about it and called back, I guess it's a call center. The person I spoke to the 2nd time was AMAZING! She actually kinda laughed when I told her what happened, like um, no, there is no way, let me reach out to the store. She came back on and said everything was good. I'm seriously just so floored by the 1st person I talked to. Some people really just don't want to do their job.“
