Omgoodness! I’ve been waithere my for this to open! Carne asada was on point! The guy at the counter even gave me a free churro! It was like crack! So delicious! Glad your open, but I may get fat �

El Beto's Mexican Food is an outstanding restaurant open 24 hours, with a dining room that closes at 10 or 11 PM. The food is consistently on point, and the entire staff of employees are really nice and friendly. One of the best carne asada fries is highly recommended for soft, flavorful dishes that taste amazing, like burritos and carne asada fries. A side of rice and beans is always loaded up in to-go containers, served with amazing red and green sauce; the red sauce is pretty hot and spicy. The chorizo breakfast burrito with rice instead of potatoes, chorizo plate with beans and rice and tortillas, Texano with rice instead of potatoes, steak breakfast burrito, and rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese are staples. However, this place is hit or miss; the biggest issue is how wet the burritos are, dumping fluid out of the bottom 70% of the time, making the tortilla soggy. Also, prices changed without updating the menu, so customers should ask the employee what the actual price is to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant was clean, the drive thru is normally free of debris, and the staff gives plenty of salsa without being annoyed.
