Total legit carnitas. I remember going down to Rosarito and the carnitas restaurant would just ask you "how many" and then the food would come out. They really have captured the essence of the experience. The pig is just so succulent and rich and everything you can get with it is too. Great salsa. Nice and spicy. And very fast. I was in, ordered and back in my car in 5 minutes.
I ordered through Doordash. These portion are large and are awesome! I love birra tacos so this was definitely a must for me. The portion size was awesome, you get three large and very filled tacos, come with sauces and sides. I couldn't finish my plate, I threw in the towel after my second taco!!! I love how they have all the toppings on the side.

This is only a take out place now because they are moving. Everyone there has a great attitude and are super friendly. Some of the best carnitas in the area. They really put a great effort into making them right. If you like carnitas or in other words fried pork, give this family a chance.
