He was nice, sweet and detailed about what I wanted. They didn't have any cold tea's and he made sure to get me a cup of ice with a straw. I also don't like cooked veggies, but he let me know he wasn't able to give me any of them unless they were cooked.

“The ramen noodles had good chew and though I normally like tonkotsu I enjoyed the broth. The soy egg was cold in the middle though. Loved the Japanese curry, feels like I can’t find too many places that serve it let alone serve it well. The pork belly rice bowl was great and I really liked their house beer.“

“my family and I really enjoy Mr. Shabu. We have mainly been for the sushi, and have really liked it. The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. Any ways, if your looking for some good sushi, give Mr. Shabu a try.“

The staff is friendly and professional do a good job of checking in on you without being overbearing. Orders are always ready when they say they will be and the prices are decent. “After a few visits, I believe that Junah is one of the best restaurants in Utah. The food is outstanding and creative. The glazed Maitake is one of the best things I’ve eaten. I do wish they'd have an option on door dash to hold jalapenos and add other ingredients, like king crab and fish eggs. people would pay extra. I would! I highly recommend this place but be careful, if you have them, you will get addicted! best ever!“

“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“
