Great service and great food!
I moved from NYC a year ago and my search for quality ramen was immediately halted when I found Tosh’s. The ramen is delicious, the music is calming, there are photos and decorations that bring me back to my trips to Japan, and Meg is truly the most welcoming host I could hope for.
