“The ramen noodles had good chew and though I normally like tonkotsu I enjoyed the broth. The soy egg was cold in the middle though. Loved the Japanese curry, feels like I can’t find too many places that serve it let alone serve it well. The pork belly rice bowl was great and I really liked their house beer.“

Their udon is absolutely delicious. There's some hours where it's totally empty and easy to grab a hearty meal, and sometimes it's a bit more crowded, but they have never let me down. “I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

He was nice, sweet and detailed about what I wanted. They didn't have any cold tea's and he made sure to get me a cup of ice with a straw. I also don't like cooked veggies, but he let me know he wasn't able to give me any of them unless they were cooked.

“This place rocks. There’s cover fee on just the weekends and it’s only $5, plus the atmosphere is amazing. They have board games, a pool table, a little patio, and really nice lighting. They don’t serve food but have great beer and cocktails. The service is great as well, especially Thomas, Jonah, and Vee. These guys have always been super kind and helpful when I come in!“
