Seiously Beans and brews, you used to be my choice coffee place and still are but not at this location, this has to be the worst location I've ever been to. On 5.... 5 separate occasions you have messed up my coffee, its always through the morning drive through while on my way to WORK... So I don't have time to flip back around to have you 'fix' my coffee.... I literally just pulled out of the drive-thru because I waited for 10 minutes and sat in the same spot the entire time. Every time I go to this particular Beans and Brews, I always have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. The purpose behind a drive-thru is to get our coffee fast! I would understand if they were busy or if it were a different product but it's a drink and there's usually only one person in line in front of me.
