Visiting from Pleasant Grove, we decided to try High Hat Diner. The owner greeted us at the door and was very personable.Food tasted great, and despite being overworked and understaffed, the owner busted his back to make sure his tables were served. Cooking, serving tables and everything in between. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back. Thank you Ron!
Hi Hat Diner is a hidden jewel. The outside of the building is so plain, if you drive by too fast you’ll miss it. Once inside it’s like all the magic comes alive. We were greeted at the front door, Ron the owner welcomed us into his diner, he went over the menu that was posted and suggested we try the chilli verde.We were seated and our orders were taken and serve hot coffee, just like Grandpa use to make minus the grounds. Our food came out and boy-o-boy, talk about a lot...
The owner is a really nice guy.he sat there and made jokes and had us both laughing. The service was great to didn't take long to get out food. And it was delicious the chili Verde was the best I've had.
