I recently ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with Caramel Drizzle at Starbucks. I paid full price but received only half a cup, despite requesting no whipped cream. It's disappointing to pay for a complete product and extra toppings and not receive what was expected. Customer service and product quality need improvement. Not fair, Starbucks!

I placed a drive thru order pick up and this is what I got, this drink is $7 I haven't took a SINGLE SIP OF THIS drink and looks like it's half gone. You guys are lucky I didn't have time to go in and complain about this non sense. Never going to this location again. I PAYED FOR THIS!! NOT FREE I DESERVE MY DRINK TO BE DONE CORRECTLY!!!! Super friendly drive-through attendant and void did we appreciate that Starbucks free ice water!
This whole area is very clean with nice landscaping in the parking lot. The parking parking lot is a huge with easy access to each hotel, Starbucks, and other businesses.
Highly recommend this area. It feels safe. There’s a Hilton true and of course the Starbucks was a five star experience. we just went through the drive-through but the attendant there was very thorough after we asked for the free water. We forgot something and he ran out to the car to give it to us.

Passed by to purchase a mug on my roadtrip. Called ahead to make sure they had the item and they checked for me and confirmed in stock. When I arrived staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery if you plan on sticking around and drinking a cup of coffee.

Never been to this Starbucks, but it was a nice location. Great view of the mountains if you’re staying there. Quick and easy highway access for drive thru. The store itself was very clean and had a calm contemporary vibe to it. The staff was friendly. However I got a blueberry scone that was a tad dry. So not my favorite. Other than that, my order didn’t take long and I would definitely go to this location again:)

Usually I'd give this location 5 stars, I'll change my review going forward if they change and pay more attention to detail...I ordered a latte with 3 shots of espresso and they gave me a latte with 0 shots of espresso $8 for a hot cup of steamed milk is ridiculous! Hopefully the manager can get some quality control less talking while making orders would help.

Seems true of all Starbucks these days... Drive through is the priority over walk in guests. Coffee was like warm, they replaced with slightly only warmer coffee.
