Got their bacon sausage and egg wrap. Didn't look at it until I was half way home and taking a bite. Don't know if it was just old, or maybe freezer burn, but it wasn't great. Guess I will need to start checking before I leave, next time. SMH

**Title: Disappointing Experience**
I recently ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with Caramel Drizzle at Starbucks. I paid full price but received only half a cup, despite requesting no whipped cream. It's disappointing to pay for a complete product and extra toppings and not receive what was expected. Customer service and product quality need improvement. Not fair, Starbucks!

I placed a drive thru order pick up and this is what I got, this drink is $7 I haven't took a SINGLE SIP OF THIS drink and looks like it's half gone. You guys are lucky I didn't have time to go in and complain about this non sense. Never going to this location again. I PAYED FOR THIS!! NOT FREE I DESERVE MY DRINK TO BE DONE CORRECTLY!!!! This whole area is very clean with nice landscaping in the parking lot. The parking parking lot is a huge with easy access to each hotel, Starbucks, and other businesses.
Highly recommend this area. It feels safe. There’s a Hilton true and of course the Starbucks was a five star experience. we just went through the drive-through but the attendant there was very thorough after we asked for the free water. We forgot something and he ran out to the car to give it to us.

Passed by to purchase a mug on my roadtrip. Called ahead to make sure they had the item and they checked for me and confirmed in stock. When I arrived staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery if you plan on sticking around and drinking a cup of coffee.
