Customer service was great—the girl working is really sweet, and the drinks were excellent. However, while my fiancé and I were enjoying our time, an older manager came in and spoke very rudely to an employee. It felt really inappropriate to witness as a customer, and honestly sad to see staff treated that way. It also seems like they only schedule one person at a time, which doesn’t feel fair to the employees. I hope management can address this, because the staff deserves...

I lived over in Asia and this place does it right! Pretty rich so your eyes might be bigger than your stomach here. The egg tarts are pretty good too. Would recommend cheese it winter melon tea.

I love coming here when i can!! Annie is such a good help and was so sweet when i ordered and was so considerate! I for sure will be coming back here when i can, thanks for the wonderful experience!
