Pizza Factory Reviews
The food was good (not the best but nothing to complain about). The waiter would ask what we needed and then forget about us and come back and ask if we needed anything. One of the things was a side of ranch, we had eaten our food by the time we actually got the ranch and then when got our ticket, they charged us $6 for 4 Little sides of ranch that we didn't even end up using! it would've been nice to know that was an extra charge. The food was on the pricier side with just under...read full review
I’d like to start by saying, the food is great! But I’ll never be going back. Here’s why, when we were first seated they totally missed the part of “we need two high chairs” which was said multiple times, one of the bussers almost took out my two year old in the high chair with their cart, I asked for a manager right then and there because there was no apology, nothing. The Pizza Factory offers a mixed dining experience. While the food, including the veggie pizza and garlic twists, is generally praised, the restaurant faces issues with cleanliness, staffing, and service. Customers report a range of experiences, from a friendly and attentive server to long wait times for seating, food, and water on busy days. Despite the delays, staff members work hard to serve customers, and the food is often enjoyed, with many appreciating the yummy crust, bread twists with Alfredo, and the variety of specialty pizzas and salads. The salad bar is clean and offers many options, and employees are described as kind and efficient. However, some guests have experienced issues such as incorrect orders or hair in their food, though the staff generally tries to make things right.
The restaurant offers a signature pasta menu, and customers can sometimes face unexpected upcharges for modifications. The manager may not always be aware of such issues, but the server tries to resolve them. Overall, the Pizza Factory is a good family-friendly restaurant for pizza, pasta, and delicious bread twists, with a generally positive dining experience.
