Level 5 on the good taste but that Deep dish was not. The sauce was no bueno' not my favorite...other than that had great pizza there.
They hardly put ingredients.
We order from this location all the time and we have always had great pizza and we ordered delivery tonight and the Toy Story pizza was burned and a thin crust. I called and spoke with the manager and he was very professional and polite. Offered a refund or a replacement, we chose the replacement and they delivered it quickly and it was perfect. Mistakes happen but the way businesses chose to respond is everything in my book and they received an A+ from us.
