They catered our work luncheon and the food was amazing! The service we had while placing the catering as well as picking it up was super kind and friendly, and they made sure we had all supplies we needed as well.

I love Costa Vida, but I am regularly underwhelmed by the quality of food at this location. I ordered a salad and tres leches recently. The strawberries in the tres leches were mushy and unappetizing. The salad was barely warm when I got it home (5 minutes away) and had gotten completely cold before I was 1/4 of the way through it. The staff are usually friendly here, but the food quality and accuracy of my order varies quite a bit each time I go.

I just want to take a moment to voice my opinion — Josh is absolutely outstanding! The restaurant is spotless, the bathrooms are clean, the food is excellent, and you can clearly see the pride and effort he puts into his work. Josh is an incredible manager who sets the bar high and makes the entire experience amazing. He truly deserves recognition for the way he runs this place.
