For the most part we receive good food in a timely manner from this location via delivery. We understand they are short staffed like everywhere else. Everyone is doing their best. We appreciate those of you that are still willing to work 😊 Your delivery staff is very nice as well.
After an hour and forty five minutes of my food not being delivered I called. Waited listening to their recording for 30 minutes. I hung up and drove down to the store. After over two hours the pizza was coming out of the oven. I spoke to the manager Casey I stated that I have been waiting for 2 hours. He look at me and said everyone has to wait. watched tracker for an hour because it just sat at prep so I called. Was told they are really busy and haven't even started my order. already paid so I'm forced to wait what will probably be another hour. stopped ordering from here because of the customer service. won't be ordering again. whomever the GM is needs some serious remedial training.
