No one cares as much as the staff at this location when I pull up and order a hot chai with vanilla and brown sugar I know it will be made correctly and with love and believe me you can taste the love
This is the best Starbucks location. I live closer to two other locations and I prefer to drive to this one to get my drink. The employees are always so nice and helpful and my drink is done perfectly pretty much every time.
I was helped at the resister by a lovely woman named Mercedes. She was so nice and helpful!! However the overall management in this store is awful. Mercedes was spread across too many positions and could not perform at her best. She was so nice but looked so over-worked and running around; she was on the front register, ringing people up, warming food, packing deliveries, making drinks on bar, handing items out to customers, connecting with said customers, and restocking her areas—...
