For out-of-towners, they scan your ID with a portable machine before serving you. Have to do that enter the premises per Utah law.
Give this place a try! Oh, and ladies, WATCH YOUR STEP IN THE LADIES ROOM!! There's a step down into the toilet area that is not marked. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere.“
