Carl's is legendary. It's been there forever and is a locals favorite. You won't notice it if you don't look hard, but the locals know this is the place to choose over any other nearby breakfast or lunch location. I love this place such a fabulous mom and pop Cafe that's been heart of Cottonwood Heights... Today I going out by this time next year it and the entire business complex will be turn down to build an apartment building WE DON'T need... Not sure who is responsible for that lame a** choice but it's no secret now and the citizens of this city will be heard

I've eaten breakfast here many times. It's a consistantly good breakfast experience. I have had most items on they menu and haven't found one I didn't like. My go to breakfast is the belly buster, or veggie buster, with a scone added. The food is always hot and tasty and the service is very attentive. No reservations here, it's first come first serve, cash only. It's not a large place so expect to wait on busy mornings.
