I came in at 9pm (2 hour before close) they had no veggies and wouldn’t make more, they didn’t have corn salsa either. So disappointing. I will not be going here again.

I've ordered bowls in person and via the app at this location and both times the food (and service) were lackluster in taste and proportion of ingredients. It doesn't seem like the location prides itself in making a good experience like I've seen at other Chipotle franchises.

I grew up with the guy that started Chipotle near the university of denver ( my alma mater) this particular location was by far the worst Chipotle experience I have had. The place was disgusting, the employees inefficient, and it took 20 minutes with one person in front of me to get a sofritas burrito. I ended up writing a letter to the IR head of Chipotle to address. This was not the experience I have had a bunerous other locations throughout the country.

We got Jimmy as our server, it was his first day and he killed it. Very personable, gave us good portions especially when I said I liked a lot of hot sauce and was respectful. Jimmys making big moves in the chipotle

the workers are mutinying against the manager(?) on duty and they have a paper sign on the door that says “online orders only” placed my order 20 minutes before i got there and waited for 30 more minutes. go to any other
Ordered food for a group of 5 people, two were supposed to be burritos and we were given burrito bowls. Not sure how you make that mistake. I even paid for a double wrap and didn't get any Tortilla. One of correct burrito bowls was watery and the correct burrito was so bad they ate half and threw the other half away. Don't go to this Chipotle. Go anywhere else.

What’s going on here? I understand a large business like Chipotle wanting to hire cheap laborers. But every-time I come in, I experience this because of the employees here.- long wait times to be served- wrong orders, employees randomly putting on toppings that were never asked for- ringing up orders wrong and being charged extra- employees yelling and dancing on their breaks at the dining tables and blocking walkwaysI love Chipotle. Can we fix this? You can’t expect an employee getting paid this badly to be good. Whoever the manager is here is doing a terrible job. (The young man with glasses who works the line, seems to be the only one who cares. He should be given some recognition by the team, but I’m sure that will never happen).
