Why isn't the restaurant open at 10:55 AM? I’ve been standing outside the closed door for 10 minutes while the staff go about their business inside. The restaurant was supposed to open 10 minutes ago. There’s already a line of eight people waiting outside.
The restaurant is supposed to open at 10:45 AM; it’s already 10:55, yet the doors are still closed. This happens every day—the restaurant always opens late, the staff works very slowly, and you have to wait 20 minutes for a takeout order.
I did a mobile order and when I got the notification that the order was ready for pickup I went into the store. There were about 5 other people waiting for their orders. After a few left without their food and I waited 30 minutes for my order, I asked the lady at the register if there were orders in the back. She just responded that there was only 1 person making orders. No apologies, no let me see where they are at in the making of said orders. Reached out to have my order cancelled...read full review
