It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Zupa’s, but I was very impressed with the service during my visit. Brenden was very friendly and accommodating- and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. All of ingredients in the Mediterranean Bowl tasted very fresh. It was clean and orderly inside as well.
Always a great experience at this location. Food is fresh and staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to provide great service. Their manager Corey was great to work with last time we were there and we will definitely be going back again soon!

The food here is always great, but the service is usually slow. And don't bother with curbside pickup. I've learned to go inside and then still waited 30-45 minutes past the estimated pickup time. Even when not busy this location is consistently slow, especially for pickup orders, though they seem to have hired some new employees who are faster and friendlier than those from previous visits, so wait times may improve.
