“Yum! Best dumplings I have had in SLC. We ordered the sampler which had four different types of dumplings. The fried mango was legit. They also have a beer and wine menu which is great because I love to pair the spice with a good beer. Highly recommend!“

“I was so impressed with this restaurant! From the wait staff, to the atmosphere, and the food! The wait staff was so welcoming, kind, and attentive (12/10!). The atmosphere is elegant and charming. I want to come back when the outdoor patio is open! THE FOOD! Utah is not known for great food, but this place broke that stereotype. The salads, custom mocktails/cocktails, fig burrata appetizer, Filet mignon, and gnocchi bolognese were to die for. My favorite part was the cheesecake. It was so light and fluffy! (12/10!) “My gf and I were looking for a new Chinese restaurant last night and were fortunate to find this place. Our meal was amazing- she got the Pon Pon Chicken dinner and I had the Mongolian beef. It was hot , fresh and way above our expectations. The cream cheese wontons were fantastic- definitely not the frozen ones we’ve had elsewhere. We both highly recommend Mountain City!!“

“I was seated immediately even though the restaurant seemed busy. Kate was very attentive and polite. She was also very quick with everything she did. The food came out surprisingly quickly. The breaded cheese eggplant was so flavorful and it tasted amazing. The salad was perfect.. the breadsticks were warm and buttery.. The restaurant was clean.. the restrooms were clean.. the ambience was relaxing and easy going with the perfect volume and type of music. I will definitely come here again.“

“Overall this little spot is decent and I like it because it’s close to my home. I’ve traveled all over including Japan, and true, it’s not your high end spot. However, rolls are good for the price and staff has always been friendly and quick. Takeout is fast and easy.“

“Got some chicken noodle soup for my girlfriend here because she wasn’t feeling well. It was super fast and the made from scratch soup was delicious. Big points! And the split pea soup I got for myself was hearty without being too salty. I’ll be back soon to dine in (sandwiches and the clam chowder looked awesome)“
