Great food, friendly place, really nice people. This is exactly the kind of local business we should all be supporting in our communities, rather than the generic chain places. Please give it a try. “Great meal last night. Crispy Pork Belly was amazing and a generous portion. Followed up with Fire Roasted Maitaki Mushrooms and a glass of Nebbiolo. Rye Boulevardier (a Negoni with whiskey) for a night cap. All delicious. Friendly yet prompt and professional service. Chatted with sommelier Katie about the awesome wine program. Beautiful space. “I was so impressed with this restaurant! From the wait staff, to the atmosphere, and the food! The wait staff was so welcoming, kind, and attentive (12/10!). The atmosphere is elegant and charming. I want to come back when the outdoor patio is open! THE FOOD! Utah is not known for great food, but this place broke that stereotype. The salads, custom mocktails/cocktails, fig burrata appetizer, Filet mignon, and gnocchi bolognese were to die for. My favorite part was the cheesecake. It was so light and fluffy! (12/10!) I will try to edit this later with photos.“

“The Robin’s Nest is easily my favorite sandwich shop in Utah. The sandwiches are fantastic, but the service is what really sets this place apart. By my third visit, the cashier—who I think might also be the owner—recognized me, handed me a punch card, and even credited my previous visits. Despite how busy they get, the team moves quickly and keeps things running smoothly.
My only real complaint is that their hours are limited, and they only have the one downtown location. Then again, that might be a blessing for my health.“

“My gf and I were looking for a new Chinese restaurant last night and were fortunate to find this place. Our meal was amazing- she got the Pon Pon Chicken dinner and I had the Mongolian beef. It was hot , fresh and way above our expectations. The cream cheese wontons were fantastic- definitely not the frozen ones we’ve had elsewhere. We both highly recommend Mountain City!!“

“Stopped in with a friend for soup and salad. The server, Ian, was so wonderful. He was the perfect combo of helpful and giving us the space we needed to catch up. “We had chicken marsala, which was very good. Our waitress was wonderful. The kitchen staff could use a little training. I had to go through two sets of silverware to find one clean set. The salad had a big chunks of lettuce like someone was in too big of a hurry.“

“Overall this little spot is decent and I like it because it’s close to my home. I’ve traveled all over including Japan, and true, it’s not your high end spot. However, rolls are good for the price and staff has always been friendly and quick. Takeout is fast and easy.“

“10 out of 10 I was very impressed. The BBQ pork soup was fantastic, fresh and flavorful and lots of great ingredients.
The orange beef was crispy fried slices of beef in an orange sauce, it was off the charts. The texture was consistent and the flavor was great.
The general tso's was a close second. The sauce was perfect and the chicken was fresh. Everything was in fact. There wasn't one dish that was mediocre. The braised tofu was a recommendation, and it did not disappoint. She was absolutely right. Some of the best fried tofu wirh sauce I have had in a long time

“Bee eating here for a few years. Good food at a fair price. Prices went up when they were forced to move when they were required to move because Bangeter Hwy was reconstructed. Their prices are now up where others are and their food is still good. Their combination plates are a good choice and come with an egg roll and rice. Try their soup. Large serving and it’s really good.“

“Not my favorite location. I love the soup kitchen, but I found that the food at this location wasn't as good for some reason (mainly the tomatoe soup, it was watery and not as flavorful), and it's soo busy and the service was slow. Love the other locations though!“

“Tried the Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh breakfast burrito and honestly, it’s like a regular burrito decided to take a semester abroad. Eggs, potatoes, and all the usual suspects—then boom, Mediterranean flair shows up like it owns the place.

It’s surprisingly solid for something that sounds like a cultural experiment. Warm, flavorful, and didn’t fall apart halfway through eating it (a rare win).

“I had what could have been an awful experience, but the women I talked to at the Riverton Panera were amazing! I ordered through the app for a delivery (which then goes through door dash). The expected time for delivery came and went. As expected, I was frustrated. All that the app told me was there was a delay and that the order had been prepared. When I called, they explained that a dasher came to pick it up, but ended up stealing it. My task was then to call door dash and have them send a refund to Panera so they can remake the order. So I did. It was inconvenient but pretty easy all things considered. I called Panera back and they explained that they would get right on it. Well. It had been a while again so I was about to call them again and see what the status was. Next thing I know, there is a Panera employee (not a dasher) walking up with my food! She was so kind and apologized for all the inconvenience! I get it! None of that was their fault. It was on that original dasher. Anyway. All that to say, I’m super grateful for the employees who helped today! They were super helpful and made everything happen so I still got my food! THANK YOU!“

Slightly embarrassed I went to leave for the correct location. They then asked for my order, insisted on making it there and had everything whipped up within 2 minutes.
