I’ll preface by saying that I actually really like Zupas. I am disappointed that they have taken away some of my favorites and replaced with the bowls, which I’m not a big fan of. This review, however, is strictly for this location. The employees are very nice and try hard. But there are couple issues every single time we come (we only come during dinner time ) - the pipeline is always very busy and the cashier can’t keep up. I eat at Cafe Zupas at the District quite a bit, but today they went above and beyond. I am across the country and my daughter is at home sick alone. I wanted to send her a yummy meal and some extra TLC. When I was completing the order, I forgot to add the Sprite soda to help calm my daughter‘s stomach. I called the store and they were more than happy to add some extra sprite soda to my order at no extra charge.Thank you ? so much, it means the world ?
