This is my go-to restaurant whenever I fly out of SLC. I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I actually try to show up early so that I can grab a bite to eat here (who admits that about airport food?!)I always get the falafel wrap - they absolutely stuff it full of a wide assortment of tasty Mediterranean food options - so much so, that they struggle to close the wrap.
