Stopped by and got 2 cabeza tacos and 1 lengue quesadilla. The food was excellent and the extra toppings for the tacos were excellent- the extras were so fresh and the pickled spicy carrots were the best I have ever had.
Thank you

The food, Amazing. The owners, fantastic!

Here’s whatchu gotta do if you visit.
1:Bring your dirty laundry throw it in the washers at the laundromat (they share a parking lot )
2:Run next door and get a relaxing massage. By the time your done you can return and throw your stuff in the dryer
3:While you wait for the dryer order a cabeza torta and eat your dinner!

Best burrito in the Salt Lake area hands down. This food truck deserves a store front property. Meats are seasoned and cooked to perfection topped with the freshest of veggies. 10/10

Tacos here are really good. I saw a review where someone claimed nothing came on the tacos. Just plain chicken. Well just fyi there is a cooler full of topping sitting right next to the counter. I like the spicy carrots myself. But onions cilantro cabbage, raddish, limes etc are there to be enjoyed. They give you red and green hot sauce. The green is tonatillo i believe tangy and mild. The red is a bit spicier. Lengua, Caneza, and Al Pastor meats were all well prepared and delicious.

Lol how does this place have 4.8 / 5 stars? The chicken tacos were literally plain chicken without seasoning, without onions or cilantro or anything—just plain, dry, white breast chicken.

Birria tacos were also plain, but at the least the consome was somewhat decent (not the best).

2/5 stars (being generous).

We ordered quesabirria, and asada and al pastor tacos. Nothing was really all that great. Birria was some of the least flavorful I've ever had. Consome was more like a tub of grease. Took forever to get orders out.

Last and definetely least, the styrofoam box I received my quesabirria in had tons of holes melted in the bottom. As I ate the food in my lap (in my car) I was dripping grease all over my pants and driver's seat. I went to pour the consome on the quesabirria and eat it with a fork because the tacos would just fall apart before I could dip them in the consome. Thats when I discovered the holes in the box. Burned myself and made a huge , huge mess.
