This store has been struggling for a while and It's been pretty obvious they needed some serious help. I came in tonight and there was a whole new crew and they were killing it. I asked the person I assumed was the Manger if there was new management because the store felt totally different. He said he was the new manager. Instead of mentioning the previous management or their faults he said he's got a good team and they're just trying to put out a good product....
Understaffed, slow, disorganized, and poorly trained. Making pizzas should be easy and fast. This place usually has trouble. We will only order using the app because they tell you when the pizza is finally ready, and you can pick it up at the portal. The pizza is actually pretty good for inexpensive pizza. If you want a pizza without the wait, pick one up at Smith's, and cook in in your home oven. It will be ready much faster.
I visited here about 2 weeks ago and the store was very understaffed and extremely busy. I want to commend the staff for working their hardest to feed the community during a crazy snowstorm !
