We gave them another shot after they randomly canceled our delivery a couple of weeks ago after we waited 45 minutes!
That time, they didn't even answer our calls.
We got a hold of them this time, though, and they gave a refund of the order, but only after we declined a credit on our account, which doesn't really solve replacing dinner.
We also had to go in as I was not about to give my CC over the phone!
At least Domino's has their own drivers, Pizza Hut is getting lower quality than Little Ceasars at twice the cost!

Nobody freaking works here. I ordered for pick-up at 12:30!!!!! and they were locked up, lights off, nobody there. Called the number, nothing. This place sucks!

Ordered medium pizza, 12 wings, cinnamon sticks. when I got there the young guy shows me a pizza that was all cut up into squares not what I ordered. Then he tells me 2 of my 12 wings he made were wrong so he needed time to go fix that so what normally takes 20 mins took over and hour of waiting for him to get it right. Didn't feel like he cared about his customers having to wait forever for him to get it right. At least you could offer a discount for waiting or something I wont be going back.

I ordered deliver for my hungry kids. I ordered one pepperoni pizza, one cheese and one bell pepper and pepperoni. They delivered a combo pizza. One pepperoni. An a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni... Idk who's working there but they needa try again. This place is not it. I would try another location

Should have read the reviews before ordering here… I should have stuck with the one on 13th and 106 in Sandy. They never disappoint. But I did this location because it was on my way home from work.
Made an order online for a dinner box with breadsticks. Please go ahead and read what comes with the the dinner box (you’ll need to see what comes with it) I added an extra icing along with 2 buffalo sauces.
I went in to pick it up. I received the items in separate boxes which it all should be in one box but no biggie on that just thought it was weird. I proceed to check that all my items were there
There was only 1 buffalo sauce and no icing (not even the one that should of been included) I told the worker I was missing 2 icings and another buffalos.
He went back and brought me 1 icing and another buffalo. I told him “i still needed another icing, it comes with one and I paid for an extra” and he proceeded to tell me that it doesn’t come with one (when clearly it stated it came with one) and that he’ll call his manager to ask. He slammed the cash drawer shut in a fit and went back and grabbed one.
Clearly he was stressed which I understand but if things were done correctly the first time around he wouldn’t have issues with customers.
Also why is there not a manger there to began with???
Pizza was fine Cinnamon sticks were kinda hard
The breadstick were just horrible… literally had no seasoning or anything and were hard.
I honestly would like a full or partial refund for at least the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks

Pizza still hasn’t come. It’s over an hour late and the automated phone system is horrible! You can’t talk to an actual person and they hung up on me multiple times.

The only reason it’s getting 5 stars for service from me is the manager, Miles. The website sucks, phone orders are redirected to a call center in India and they outsource delivery to Door dash. This is corporate greed at its finest. Yet in all the bad I got ahold of the store manager, Miles. This man went above and beyond for me. Making sure I had what I wanted fresh and hot to my door in under an hour. Him and his team are worth more than they are probably getting paid for.
