Absolutely incredible. I pathologically seek out Persian food in every city I visit, because I firmly believe it’s at the top of the global cuisine hierarchy - Sumac Cafe did not disappoint. Everything from the lentil soup to the saffron tea was divine - so much so that we also ordered food to-go after having a very generous dinner. The quality of the ingredients, the flavors and the service was perfection. Melina was absolutely delightful, and made the already wonderful dining experience all the better, and I cannot wait to visit again. 10/10!
Dietary restrictions: Coeliac disease, and they were very accommodating, and provided sliced vegetables in place of pita.

My sister and I tried this place earlier in the week and we were blown away by the amazing flavors, beautifully and generously plates food, and the attentive and kind hospitality. I returned today with my husband who was just as inspired by the food and service! We will definitely be back, well worth the 50 mile drive!!

Multiple people have been recommending Sumac cafe including my chef friend. I stopped in for a meal. OMG why did I not come sooner. Owners are the nicest people. It was like visiting your friend's home. Now food WOW. It was so DELICIOUS! Everything cooked to perfection! I can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

We had sumac cafe cater our daughter’s wedding dinner and it was outstanding! The delightful Eli (the owner) made the arrangements in very simple but thorough way making us excited for our event. They had our food set up in fancy gold serving bowls and chafers and it was set up beautifully when we arrived. I was so thrilled! The food was hot and many of the guests said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding. The service was wonderful and the staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful. They even boxed up a to-go bag for our bride and groom. I would highly recommend using them. They also had all the dishes and mess promptly carted away when it was over. I can't say enough good things about our experience! Thank you, sumac cafe!

It was AMAZINGGG!! the staff were super professional the decorations was amazing everything was so beautiful The food was to die for.
