7/8/2026 update, consistency is out the window. Not busy, juice dispenser sticky and gross. Tables are all disgusting. Only two people here and all the workers are just standing around. Frier appears to have issues so 5 workers are all standing around it looking at it. Not working on it just standing there looking and making jokes. They completely stopped working. Then I got a text saying my food was ready even though they never started it. I’m sure that’s to show corporate they are getting things done so lying to us. Very disappointing. Won’t be in a hurry to come back after this. Management is non existent

Consistently good food, and the service is awesome. They are always so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how happy and helpful they are. I highly recommend this place. Good burgers, steak sandwiches, and salads.

I was greeted by someone at the register and he was very nice and funny! I was talking to him and he said he was new and I was impressed! 5/5 will come again!

The food was delicious and was definitely the highlight of our visit.
Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. When we arrived, several tables in the dining area were dirty, and we had to ask for one to be cleaned before we could sit down.
There were also multiple issues with our order. We had to follow up on missing items, including our fries, two extra sides of avocado, and our drinks. While mistakes can happen, what was most disappointing was the customer service we received when trying to get those issues resolved.
The employee assisting us, Pedro, came across as dismissive and unfriendly whenever we asked for help. His attitude made it uncomfortable to address the problems with our order and left us feeling unwelcome. The food was good, but the service experience significantly impacted our visit and made us question whether we’d return.

Big disappointing experience, burger was terrible, dry skinny with nothing on it but a bun with over cooked meat. Don't trust the photos of the food.

The place was empty and all help talking loud in Spanish the burger had no seasoning and bun fell apart I won’t be coming back to this spot

Great food and customer service was superb.

The food was delicious the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back. I got the chicken club with the lettuce wrap.
