The Habit Burger Grill

The food was delicious the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back. I got the chicken club with the lettuce wrap.

I am a regular at the habit in sandy. The fort union location was upsetting, to say the least. I went 6/4/25 around 11:00AM.

I ordered using the kiosk, getting a double char and paying nearly a dollar extra to add cheese. All in all, for a combo, my order was pushing $15.00.

When my burger arrived, I sat down and took a bite to realize there was no cheese. I told the worker about their mistake and he took the burger from me with his bare hands and told me that they’d remake it.

5 minutes later, he comes out with the same burger I had bitten into in a tray with a couple slices of cheese on the side. I could see the angry body language and hear the upset cooks in the back saying that I didn’t order cheese and that they won’t remake it.

Now that I had had my burger touched by the worker and had gotten cheese on the side, I was honestly quite upset and the worker could distinctly tell. After the worker walked away, he came back and asked if he could make me a new burger with cheese.

In truth, the service was very unprofessional to every sense of the word. I do not recommend this location—or, at least this staff.

The food is very hit and miss here, sometimes it tastes good, other times it tastes horrible. The staff is friendly but the quality of food 4/10

Very disappointed that you discontinued the BBQ Chicken salad. The only thing I like.

They got my order wrong 3 times and some how still got it wrong how hard is it to have someone who understands English as the cashier who takes all the orders

I arrived during the lunch rush with my two adult children. Ordered at the counter instead of using the kiosk because I had a couple of questions. Order was taken and food was delivered in five minutes. Plenty of seating and tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. What a great team they have running that location.

I ordered food and everytime I come I spend at least 45-50 bucks. The gentleman that helped me explained they were out of Peppermint Bark Shake. Okay. I ordered a mocha shake. Totally fine. It took 20 minutes but ı still didn’t have my shake. I went to the counter and spoke worth a woman who ı explained what happened. She asked for a receipt. Really? Why would İ lie about a freaking shake. Like I walk around town stealing food. I am annoyed at the treatment she gave me. I’m a pretty easy going person. I am sick of going places, paying for food o can make at home and customer service sucks. Shame Shame, The Habıt in Cottonwood Heights.

I tried to come on and try your burgers, but nobody ever came to take my order. The cook told somebody in the back, but they never came up. I could here people in the back talking and laughing, one lady came and filled up the juice dispensers, but nobody bothered to come help the customer.
There are plenty of burger places around. If customer service is not your priority, I will go somewhere that it is.
