The Huddle Sports Bar and Grill

I don't know how this location stays in business. It seems it's staying alive due to local patronage. It wasn't very busy, and it literally took 10 minutes to get a simple beer. Nobody knew what they were doing. It seemed like the food was mediocre. Probably due to the poor service and how they failed to wipe off the tables and the bar that made the food probably seem worse than what it was. The servers spent more time talking to their loyal customers than taking care of others. Do better. I'm from out of state and when I come back to Salt Lake. I will not be visiting this location.

Kris is an awesome server, and she gave us great suggestions for the food. Yummy chicken cobb salad and steak sandwich.

I recently had a 0/10 experience here. This had been one of my favorite sports bars - decent beer and great vibes, so many TVs with all the games on — naturally it was a great choice for watching March Madness. When we got there, there was only 1 men’s game going and they had it on 6 TVs. 4 women’s games were also going but none being shown on their TVs. That means at least 15 TVs with no sports games on. I asked our waitress if we could put some women’s games on, she said she’d ask her manager. I saw her go ask the middle aged white man (surprised?) if they could put some women’s games on. He LAUGHED and said “I can’t do that during March Madness” and then begrudgingly “I’ll try to get it on 1 TV.” He then proceeded to pretend to find a women’s game on the TV guide for a few minutes (NCAAW games were on 4 different ESPN channels but he didn’t seem to realize this) before leaving everything unchanged. It was unbelievably gender biased at best, flat out sexist at worst. To be treated as if I, a sports fan just like anyone else, cannot attend a sports bar to watch games that I am interested in, was very demeaning. The implication was clear — the only sporting events that matter are mens. I won’t be back and if you enjoy watching women’s sports don’t waste your time here either.

I was super excited to try this place out. Minutes away from my place and was looking forward to a new establishment to frequent that is low key and has great offerings. The food menu and variety of drinks offered looked great. Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by my server who turned me off with communication style, passive aggressive. To make it worse, I over hear the same server talking negatively about potential customers calling in to check on busyness of the place. Server was speaking to patrons I would believe are regulars at the establishment. There’s 2 side to everything but, as a new customer in there for the first time, I definitely felt like an “outsider”. I’ll give this place one more shot at an earlier time down the road because the gentleman checking ID’s was very kind in his welcoming and as I exited.

Outside of that, music volume and genre was good, the place was clean and lay out offers a ton of seating and TV’s to catch a variety of sports.

The service is horrible!!! Over an hour to get dinner for 3 people and it was not really busy.. The food was good, but the wait was horrible.

Service is so unbelievably slow. Food is somewhat hit or miss. Atmosphere is fine at best.

They wouldn't come by and take our drink order so just got the 2 drinks tried to order two drinks at one time and was told once I finish the first one I can order a second one. Told them I been waiting forever to get this drink so best to order more up front. Horrible service don't recommend but I have to say the one older guy was running all over the place wish he served drinks they would make more money 💰

We had a wonderful time today. The food is fantastic! The service was as well.
You should stop by for lunch and a drink.

Always a calm chill place to have some absolutely EPIC food and a beer! Play a game of pool and relax without dealing with the young crowds

Great atmosphere, lots of TV's, ie sports bar. Food ws really good recomend the wings and fish and chips.
