Erica is absolutely amazing! I had originally ordered from a different Arby's. I wasn't too impressed with their service. Through a friend she recommended I reach our to the Draper store. I placed a $400 order. Erica went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I order a weekly lunch and during Memorial weekend I order for about 65 people 3 meals a day. First time at Arbys and Never will I go AGAIN! DISRESPECTFUL, Inconsiderate and literally could careless that I was upset. First and last experience with this place. If you hate your job that much work somewhere else.
