“I can't rave enough about the service at bubble and bean. I made a pit stop early in the morning for a pumpkin spice latte and realized I forgot my card and they were willing to let me still get my drink and just come back with my card later. This is why I love shopping local. I was short on time and wouldn't be able to make it back till possibly way later. They saved my long day at work. “I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

I went in to pick up my order because I didn’t want to sit in the line. They apologized “for the wait,” but there literally wasn’t a wait. I ordered, walked inside, my drinks were waiting. In this world of inflation, prices keep going higher and higher and I like to know what I’m paying before I get to the register. This is the 2nd place in the last week that posted one price on their menu and then charged a higher price and stated their menus are out of date. Most places it’s illegal to post one price and charge another but it seems like common deceptive practice lately. Please don’t up your prices until you put the effort in to change your price board.“

I think the price is very affordable and you get what you paid for. It's very spacious and there's even a drive thru!! The workers were very nice and the store seems like a very good hang out spot. “I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

First impression is the workers are so nice and personable! I got a surfs up revival and it was super good! “I heard about the $1 any soda deal that this location has been doing, likely for enticing customers away from other nearby soda shops. I don't like lines, and this area doesn't typically have a lot of room for long lines, so we hadnt been to swig in awhile.

However, we did decide to swing by yesterday. The line wasn't too bad, and they are now using an empty lot nextdoor to create a double line. We got through quickly, were handed our drinks by a happy employee, and enjoyed our very large $1 sodas. We were always a Swig family, so they're not really taking our business from other soda shops. However, they might take our business away from McDonald's, as we have occasionally stopped by there for a basic $1 soda, but why get basic when we can get a fancy soda for the same price?“

I saw other reviews saying the place isnt clean but it wasnt the case for us—the table and the floor are clean (since it’s not a hospital so I didn’t expect it to be spotless). One improvement is that there is no drinking water, maybe we have to ask. We tried mango and strawberry bingsoo today and both were good. There are quite a few interesting items in the menu that I would like to try. So, I’m pretty sure I will be back!
