“My family arrived as a large group (6+ people) during a lunch rush to celebrate a sibling's new job. The staff was quick with our orders and the space was perfect for a small family celebration. They have plenty of seating and a fun fooze ball table.

There was a mix up with my order. But the employees were awesome and quickly made me another smoothie. They let me keep the original incorrect smoothiewhile replaced it with the correct order. The staff was extremely kind and understanding despite a large rush of customers for lunch.

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“The service at this location is top-notch! Emery is THE best!!! I got a nutcracker at a different location that was closer to my house. After letting it cool down awhile, I excitedly went to take a sip of delicious creamy flavored chocolate......only to be disappointed with hot water that had the ever so slight flavoring of a wanna be chocolate. I was really disappointed. I googled the swig next to my work and called. I talked to Emery and she said that she could fix it. When I got to the location, Emery remembered me and we discussed how I could get another nutcracker. I got my drink quickly and the whole drink was a delicious soothing liquid ambrosia to my grumpy butt (I hate mornings). “At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. In this world of inflation, prices keep going higher and higher and I like to know what I’m paying before I get to the register. This is the 2nd place in the last week that posted one price on their menu and then charged a higher price and stated their menus are out of date. Most places it’s illegal to post one price and charge another but it seems like common deceptive practice lately. Please don’t up your prices until you put the effort in to change your price board.“

“After a long day after work, my husband and I decided to go for a boba. Let me tell you I’m boba obsessed and this place did not disappoint! I ordered a honeydew NO ICE with regular tapioca and it tasted amazing and my husband got a passion fruit green tea with regular tapioca that was suggested, the comments over the drinks between us lasted all the way back home (1hr). Definitely will come back“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“I heard about the $1 any soda deal that this location has been doing, likely for enticing customers away from other nearby soda shops. I don't like lines, and this area doesn't typically have a lot of room for long lines, so we hadnt been to swig in awhile.

However, we did decide to swing by yesterday. The line wasn't too bad, and they are now using an empty lot nextdoor to create a double line. We got through quickly, were handed our drinks by a happy employee, and enjoyed our very large $1 sodas. We were always a Swig family, so they're not really taking our business from other soda shops. However, they might take our business away from McDonald's, as we have occasionally stopped by there for a basic $1 soda, but why get basic when we can get a fancy soda for the same price?“
